Textile Options
Traditional Screening:
We are able to produce the very best quality screen prints with our vast array of equipment. We have 4 manual presses and an 8 colour automatic press to ensure that we can produce any job quickly and of the very best quality and workmanship. 1 to 8 colour prints are available. We can print on almost any material or substrate.
Screened Numbers:
We can direct screen numbers in almost any colour in sizes from 2” to 12”. Some sizes also come in 2 colours that have a contrasting colour outline. These are very popular and a great alternative to cad-cut vinyl numbers.
Soft-touch:
Our soft-touch transfers are printed with special plastisol inks and are used primarily to decorate light coloured substrates.
The image is printed on a special carrier paper which is designed to split the ink upon application. The transfers can be applied to a wide variety of textile products such as T-shirts, Sweatshirts, Ball Caps, Tote Bags, Uniforms, Etc.
When applied the transfers are designed to penetrate the fibres of the material leaving an incredible soft hand feel. Because the ink is designed to literally split in half upon application 50% of the ink penetrates the fabric and 50% splits away with the carrier paper. This results in the soft hand finish as the imprint is literally in the threads of the substrate rather than above the threads as with most traditional screen prints.
Hot split transfers are unique in the sense that there are no colour limitations and because we are printing on paper higher resolutions can be achieved.
The transfers can be stored for long periods of time making them a great decorating method for programs.
This method of decorating is absolutely permanent and will wash and wear equal to or better than any direct screen imprint.
Soft-touch for Dark substrates:
Soft-Touch for dark transfers are printed with special hot splitting inks and used primarily for decorating on the full range of fabrics from white to black.
The image is printed on a special carrier paper which is designed to release 100% on the ink. This allows excellent colour opacity across the full range of colours without any colour distortion in the imprint. Special high stretch adhesives are used to back the transfer insuring a permanent bond to the fabric while maintaining a soft hand feel. The transfers can be applied to a wide variety of textile products such as T-shirts, Sweatshirts, Ball Caps, Tote Bags, Uniforms, etc.

3D Transfers
3D transfers are essentially Soft-Touch for dark transfers using the same inks and carrier paper. The difference is we add a special backing on the areas that we want to make 3 dimensional. This backing can be added to all or parts of the design as desired. The backing has a blowing agent in it which when heated will loft creating the 3 D look.
The image is printed on a special carrier paper which is designed to release 100% on the ink. This allows excellent colour opacity across the full range of colours without any colour distortion in the imprint. Special high stretch adhesives are used to back the transfer insuring a permanent bond to the fabric while maintaining a soft hand feel. The transfers can be applied to a wide variety of textile products such as T-shirts, Sweatshirts, Ball Caps, Tote Bags, Uniforms, etc.

Nylon
We use specialty inks and adhesives to enable us to print and transfer multiple colours on nylon substrates. Excellent for re-usable grocery and tote bags, and treated nylon products
Flock Transfers:
Flock is a complete transfer system for applying designs to a wide variety of fabrics and substrates. Flock has an 8 mil height which yields a beautiful high loft transfer that has the feel of crushed velvet. Flock transfers have excellent wash ability and will adhere to cotton, cotton/polyester blends, polyester, acrylics, denim, and many other surfaces. These are not suitable for water-proof materials.
These work great for printing on seamed ball caps and other garments as an alternative to embroidery.
Foil Transfers
Foil transfers are an exciting product for various types of fabrics. Accent any garment to produce a metallic look. These come in many colours from the standard gold and silver, to the marble, woodgrain, or even holographic. Mild to wild, it’s your choice. These have a very soft feel with great wash ability.
Buckskin
These transfers are used to create a leather-like look to your logo. It is a low-loft transfer. It actually feels and looks like soft suede on the garment.
Leather
This is a textured transfer that makes it feel like it is an actual piece of leather bonded to the garment. It can be made into a 3 dimensional transfer that makes it great for teams. Soccer balls, footballs and basketballs all look fantastic using this process!
Glitter
We use metallized inks with metallic flakes mixed in the inks. It gives it a shimmering look.
Reflective
Scotchlite™ Reflective Material's excellent angularity allows a person to be seen at wide angles from the light source. The material is great for police and ambulance uniforms, as well as safety vests for construction workers. Cyclists will benefit when dressed in gear outfitted with Scotchlite™ Reflective Material. While riding at night, the cyclist will be very visible due to the reflective nature of the film. An excellent safe guard for children. Anywhere there is a need to be visible at night, Scotchlite™ is the best choice.
3M™ Scotchlite™ Reflective Material is lightweight, flexible, and comfortable to wear. It's available in a fabric for sew-on, a transfer film for heat applications, and various trims to meet all garment designing and manufacturing needs. It is easily put onto uniforms, jackets, vests, sportswear, footwear, and accessories. Scotchlite™ Reflective Material is available in any of our die cut letter and number styles as well as our whole range of die cut specialties.
